The best thing about this tool is that it has almost all of our needs covered! We use it for email marketing (and have used their reporting too), we are able to track conversion through google analytics AND with facebook ads! This software allows us to see how many interactions there are per day/week etc., as well as what % of those click to purchase or lead form. It also keeps everything in one place so no need to switch between applications - which would be really cumbersome if you're managing multiple accounts. Sometimes when I open up my account dashboard I get an error pop-up saying "There was an unexpected server response." Not sure why but it's frustrating because then I'm not allowed to access anything else until I close out the window. So far, we've been very happy with this product. But please do some research before purchasing. We realized after we started using Sales.
