Great product, worth investing time learning

I like that we are able track all our open CRM activity at once in one dashboard with many options available for each stage of my business relationship such as lead generation or prospecting activities etc. Also is has easy integration into Zapier which helps to automate processes across systems without having have too much custom development work required from me! Some features would be great if they were more intuitively understood by users who don't necessarily come out of marketing…

Great Platform For Tracking All Your Business Metrics

I like the integration of the third party tools like Mailchimp, Segment, and Zapier. It's easy to set them up, and it's easy to access them on the platform. I also like the fact that all of the accounts, reports, and data are all in one place. I wish the platform was a little easier to use at the start. It's a little confusing at first, but with some training, it's easy to learn. It's a good platform to help you track your email, sales, and website interactions with your customers. I also like…

Great platform and easy implementation

The best thing about this tool is that it has almost all of our needs covered! We use it for email marketing (and have used their reporting too), we are able to track conversion through google analytics AND with facebook ads! This software allows us to see how many interactions there are per day/week etc., as well as what % of those click to purchase or lead form. It also keeps everything in one place so no need to switch between applications - which would be really cumbersome if you're…
