I have already purchased the 2 tier version of the controller holder and just recently the 3 tier version. They are durable and perfect for organizing controllers. The brackets are adjustable and attached to the luggage rack with a clamping screw. Yes, double row and triple row are the same, plus or minus an extra retaining bracket. You can offset the mounts (90⁰) so larger earbuds don't interfere with the other mounts. I love this product. Will most likely recommend it to others looking for similar solutions.
