The pressure on this shower head is very light until you remove the flow control which can be a little tricky. If you have strong water pressure, you don't need to do this. Installation was quick and easy except the old shower head was difficult to remove so it would be wise to purchase a pipe wrench if you need one. does everything i wanted. It has a hose, the hose is metal, and it has 4 different settings, of which you really only need 2. Of course, the main attraction is that the shower head lights up and lights up, but there seems to be a problem with mine. Nice. but after the first color change for some reason it stops doing solid colors and starts doing mixtures of red and green and it's not that nice. To avoid confusion, let me get this straight: when I turn on Luminex, it always cycles through solid colors and then just chooses to show ugly combinations that I don't understand. If it has the ability to show them one at a time, I don't know why it doesn't always do that when it's on. Either an unsuccessful design decision or a design flaw. But that doesn't detract from my enjoyment of the shower head. I knew what I was getting myself into as other reviews make this clear as well and I'm just glad it lights up at all. Hell, I'd almost prefer it if they were regular LEDs rather than colored ones, but that's just a preference.
