I am very satisfied with the product. Like the others here, I sleep on my side. I have knee problems and sleeping on my side only made things worse. It's very comfortable to keep my ankles and knees apart. As another reviewer suggested, I threw it in the dryer to fluff it up when I got it. It worked wonderfully. I took some pillowcases to use on her because it would never have occurred to me to use a pillow without a pillowcase. The standard size body pillowcase, 20x54, fits perfectly on this pillow and does not stick out. There was even one product on the list when I bought mine and I just bought it. As I said, very satisfied.
