I was dissatisfied with my most recent shopping encounter at SussexHome as a product manager. Despite their claims to the contrary, I thought the goods were of poor quality and were overpriced. The checkout procedure was difficult for me, and the customer service was poor. Additionally, the goods arrived in poor condition and the shipping took longer than anticipated. Overall, I was very dissatisfied with SussexHome's lack of detail-orientedness and subpar customer service. To anyone seeking for high-quality goods and a hassle-free shopping experience, I would not suggest this store.
