Review on 🍃 Original Natural Ice Medicated Lip Protectant/Sunscreen SPF 15 - Pack of 48 by Andrew Camlin

I have purchased this lip balm in bulk and have used it consistently for over 20 years. It was the only drug that really gave me relief, and its quality has remained the same for two decades. I had no problems until this last purchase of 48. They have less product and the dispenser disk at the bottom is cheaper, it doesn't snap when it gets close to the bottom. On some of these new tubes, the wax cake fell out completely when I removed the cap to use it. The photo on the left is a brand new old tube and the one on the right is a brand new tube from my last batch. In the same size tube, the product is 1/2 inch smaller. The label says it's lighter (old = 0.16 oz, new = 0.15 oz), but I swear it's significantly lighter than 0.01 oz. I know the costs are going up and the company needs to make money, but it's frustrating when I can literally rely on the same product for half my life. I'd rather pay more and get the same quality I expected. If you can afford to put less in each tube, that's fine, just keep the best tube so I don't have to throw it away because the stick falls out halfway. The balm itself doesn't seem to hold that much Performance as it used to be so I would ask the company to carefully consider any changes they have made to this product as your long term customers will notice.
