Only three stars because they are not green top-seal tubes. This is a new white seal. I'm sure they'll turn out great but I don't like the new product - they melt easier and have a terrible texture when they harden again. That's a lot as they're getting harder and harder to find, just wish they were like advertised.

This lip balm is the most soothing and best protecting lips. I've been using it for 50 years (when it was called "Mentholatum"). Nothing else I've tried over the years has been as effective (not even close). That's why I buy it in bulk. Plus my whole family uses it!

Q——We have been loyal Natural Ice users for over 10 years and this purchase was a completely different recipe! It melts in my purse, it's a super liquid, our lips burned spring break, not the original formula, ever! Stay away from this brand! We are actively looking for a good brand name as Natural Ice has gone down the toilet.

I have purchased this lip balm in bulk and have used it consistently for over 20 years. It was the only drug that really gave me relief, and its quality has remained the same for two decades. I had no problems until this last purchase of 48. They have less product and the dispenser disk at the bottom is cheaper, it doesn't snap when it gets close to the bottom. On some of these new tubes, the wax cake fell out completely when I removed the cap to use it. The photo on the left is a brand new old
