These shoes run a little small. I have a 4.5 for my 14 month old who normally wears a 4. They fit, I'm glad I went half a size up. I would recommend getting the full size ones so they last longer. However, she wore them to a messy pumpkin patch and they are easy to wash, versatile and go with a variety of outfits!
