I like the headphones but the case needs some adjustment on the zipper side. A week after they broke I repaired the case and the zipper broke at the other end. So 1 star for the case but 5 stars for the headphones themselves. UPDATE 01/17/19. The Sound Labs team is great, they saw my comment and asked me to email what I did and they sent me a new case for my Munchkins headphones. You guys are top notch, thanks for the great customer service. And I just want to repeat: the headphones are fine, the problem was only in this case, but it's solved. Thanks Puro ***UPDATE 05/23/19*** I have to say that these headphones are anything but untouchable. We had another pair that were recently stolen so I ordered a untangled Pro instead but to be honest they were no match for the Puro headset. I ordered another pair, this time in pink, and my little one was very happy with them. This unit has a very easy to use slide button and the headphones fold down for slimmer storage, which I like. These are the best kids headphones on the market today. But a side note: while the new case is nice and aesthetic, it just doesn't compare to the original round storage case. I wonder if they sell it separately?
