Review on Men's Ratchet Waistline Leather Belts by Jim Velasco

I have a 38/40 waist, so it's not a problem with the size. They give you two extra fasteners for the end of the buckle and detailed instructions if you need to shorten it. Not a bad belt, but it's wider than 3.5 cm (1 + 3/8 inches) -- (actually 1.5 inches) so it might not fit some belt loops. The buckle looks decent quality and the stitching holding the back forward looks nice. But this belt smells like a heavy oily substance, and on closer inspection I'm not sure if it's "real leather". Maybe, but it certainly doesn't smell. The surface of both the back and the belt itself will crease slightly when folded, almost like a thin layer of leather. Maybe it's a layer of animal skin? It comes in a nice box. Designed for the wallet? As always I will update if anything happens to want to reset the stars. I hope this review was helpful.
