My first order of these headphones didn't charge properly and had to be returned. In the first picture you will notice that the bottom indicators on the case are lit, which was not the case when you first ordered it. Also, only the right earbud was included (the left one is the "master" earbud that connects to the phone). The return was quick and easy and the exchange works great. They are slightly larger than other headphones I've had. and they seem to fall out of my ears but they fit well and I prefer the non-silicone ear tips. Because of this, they require extra care to clean, as you can easily replace silicone tips when they get dirty. They need to be wiped clean from time to time, which is to be expected. The sound quality is good. There's a slightly grainy hiss, which is a good indication of when the headphones are active. This grain is disabled when no sound is playing. It's barely perceptible, if only in silence. The sound of switching on, answering or hanging up a call is noticeably loud even at low volume. In general the quality of the music is good, not fantastic, but certainly not bad. I would say that for the price of these headphones it is very reasonable. The microphone is qualitatively the same. It's not fantastic, but the quality is acceptable and doesn't break. Pretty good for these headphones. The charging case they come in is magnetic, so the earbuds snap into place when inserted. The case is also used to pair the headphones, so it's important that it works properly. It works by putting the headphones into pairing mode when you open the case. You will find that it will light up in this case and see the manual in the box provided for instructions on how to do this. The case charges with a USB-C charger, which was a key feature for me when purchasing these earbuds. My other earbuds and headphones charged via the old micro USB. You can see the difference because USB-C is oval and can be plugged in either direction. Micro USB should be inserted one way, not upside down. The included charging cable is pathetically short and I used my own cable. This is a USB to USB-C cable and there is no socket for a power outlet. Make sure the earbuds are fully charged before use, otherwise they may be separated from each other.
