I like that there are multiple ways to order, including through an app or website. It's easy for customers who don't have their own credit card info yet (or if they've forgotten it) because you can just enter in payment information when placing your order online with them. The customer service is also great - helpful team members always willing to help! Sometimes the system gets glitchy/slow during peak times of business where we're trying to process lots of transactions at once. But overall this has been very useful so far as our store grows and becomes more busy.
