Review on 🧹 Casabella Original Mop Refill (Replacement for Item 50007 and 5008), Brown - 51000 by Gina Moore

What I wrote for a 1 star review: The rivets holding the wringing mechanism to the mop handle popped out after two months rendering the mop unusable. The mop was soaked in mop water before I tried wringing the mop out so I'm sure it wasn't too hard to wring it out. Very disappointed because although it was whole I liked it. Looking for a machine screw and nut or wing nut to replace the rivet to see if I can use it. . About 20 minutes later I got an email reply from Casabella and they are sending me a new mop today even though I bought mine from Revain. Wow! This is amazing news and very good customer relations I must say.
