This dress fit surprisingly well. I wasn't sure if I should get a small or medium, but small was a good fit. I like the style and that it can be both useful for business meetings/conferences and after work so great versatility avoiding the need to change outfits. I felt the neck line was a little lower than I feel comfortable with for work for my body type and probably would wear this more to after work events or with a jacket. Also I know the pleats were designed to make it look more flattering, but I wish they weren't as bunched up in the middle. Overall I like the colors, style, and fit. I would definitely recommend it for the price.
