It takes a little patience. Love the fact that it finally lays flat after soaking in hot water for about 10-15 minutes. You will need to bend it slightly after soaking before it cools again. It also took a few days to mostly lay flat before soaking. It comes rolled up. After delivery I cut the zip tie, unpacked and laid it on a rug with some heavy boxes for a few days. After that, the ends still had to be soaked, which worked well. My setup includes two reinforced Category 6 shielded Ethernet cables and a quad shielded coaxial cable for my TV antennas. Because I have it on a plush rug it doesn't need double duct tape or anything, it just lays flat and prevents my guests and I from tripping over the cables when I step out onto the balcony. If I lived in the house, I live in an apartment now, I would probably run cables in the attic instead, but that's not my place. Good that there is a yellow warning stripe on top, thanks to which it is easier to see in the dark, but does not glow in the dark. It also came with a plug which I will keep for future use.
