This is only the cable and does NOT come with a lock. I’m not sure why other reviews Talk about a lock with it when there isn’t one and why the description has the word lock in it. I did buy this thinking it had a lock with it for the above reasons however that is my fault even though it’s a bit deceiving. But I will not take stars off for that since that is my fault.That being said the cable seams like it is pretty well made and seams like it will last. There’s no way that the actual metal in it is as thick as stated but it isn’t really thin or anything. All in all it will definitely work for my needs but I do think that something should be done about the other reviews and the description since it is obviously confusing people. I do think it’s a bit over priced but I’m happy with it.
