I had to change it three times under warranty because the film had come off. Everyone has the exact same problem. The third time I requested a warranty replacement it was denied, they said I was out of warranty when it was a defect and not user error. I was told bluntly by Revant support that living in Virginia exposes the lenses to excessive heat which can cause film problems and they will not replace the lenses. This is the first time I've heard that sunglass lenses can't withstand normal heat. I'm curious what they say to buyers in places like Arizona/Texas/Florida, should you only buy them if you need lenses in colder climates? I will definitely never buy again, all three pairs last 12-16 months on average.
