Updated 7/11/2019 The engineering team at PHG made great efforts to contact me regarding my review and disappointment that my phone case does not fit in this holder . So I'm updating my rating to four stars and rating based on the quality of the product, the feel of the product and the outstanding customer service and concern the company has for their customers. My previous review in no way reflects the quality of the product or the company and its service; Instead it reflects the thickness of the clip holding the phone, which would work fine in normal cases - I have a thicker case that doesn't work unfortunately, so upgrade. The company heeded my recommendation to offer a second version of the product that could work with thicker cases. ——————So thanks… The quality looks good, I think there was more room for safe cases. My iPhone case doesn't fit, so it's useless to me unless I take the phone out of the case, which is too big, sorry.
