The idea behind this website is a smart form, that has the potential to make life easier for its users. It takes advantage of a number of technologies, including JavaScript and HTML5, and adds features such as validation and tracking, which are otherwise difficult to implement in traditional forms. As an added bonus, the smart form is integrated into the CRM solution used by the company, so you can easily convert customers into paying clients without having to call them up! I like how it works really well together with Salesforce.com. A real plus point was that it could handle the integration with SalesForce. I found it very convenient that all data entered would then go straight through to my account automatically after saving. However, there were some minor glitches when submitting a job request, which required several manual resubmissions before everything went smoothly again. In addition, the site didn't seem to work properly in Firefox or Internet Explorer (which I tested).
