I bought these nose studs to replace the one I've had in my nose for the last 10 years. (Luckily I liked it!) When the diamond fell out recently, I had to find a way to get the pin out. Due to the shape of the ball at the end, it was very difficult and painful to pull out. The size and shape of these new spikes are great! They slide in and out easily without damaging the nose, and the ball is just the right size to hold the bolt in place. I also like the two different sized stones in this set. I am very happy with my purchase. I would definitely recommend these stud earrings as you can't beat the quality and price!
