purchased for DR. Soundproofing (as I take the train) and the length of the project were the primary deciding factors. No cord to the transmitting device, works without charging for approximately a week, plug form factor, in my opinion, a superb option for its pricing. The sound occasionally stops for a few seconds owing to interference close to metro and railway stations, which is a nuisance. I can't say for sure because I haven't tried any alternative solutions. Perhaps these are issues with the Bluetooth protocol or a particular model. For some reason, the sound from the microphone gets transferred to the ears during a call (in headset mode), so you can hear both your speech and the background noise (with some delay). There is some question as to why this was done. not configurable. I'm quite happy overall, but the cost is fire.
