Honestly I'm satisfied with the quality as the headset is very cheap. The headset connected to my laptop with no problems. It's really nice to work without getting tangled in cables. However, the sound quality of this headset is not up to par. Music, phone calls etc. Everything sounds like metal. My small issue is that there is a blue and red light on the earbud that flashes to let you know the power status. I wear glasses, and every time she blinks, light enters. It's not bad when the headset is on my right ear, but when I wear it on my left ear it's annoying and distracting. This is a good headset for the price and I got what I paid for. However, if you are looking for good sound quality, you should spend the extra money and buy a higher quality product.
