I bought this bread bin, a modified version of my parents' house, with high expectations. Unfortunately I had to lower my standards. It must be collected. It was good. But the closer I got to completion, the more obvious it became that the breadbox parts were poorly finished. The flap louvers are centered and then glued to the fabric to keep them together and move smoothly during assembly. , it wasn't apparent that the pair of fins were misaligned when glued to the fabric until it took 2 seconds to complete the entire assembly. The flaw is visible from afar and makes the breadbox look shabby: the initial screw holes for the hinges and handles were so badly drilled that they were of little value. I never screwed them all the way through. I would not recommend anyone to buy this bread box.
