Based on the rest of the reviews this is a very good product if it works. However, please note that you are at risk when purchasing this product. If your product turns out to be defective (it seems pretty rare, but it has happened to me) you will be forced to deal with what I believe to be the worst customer service I have ever encountered in my life. First, the support number provided with the product in the user manual has been disabled. Then when you deal with their (extremely slow) online chat, you're forced to jump through the same hoops over and over again and promises to call you are broken. Twice I was promised calls (once at a very specific time) and twice the call never came. It's amazing why they so vehemently refuse to endorse their own product, but they seem keen not to help.
