Review on LENTIA Kitchen Utility Microwave Adjustable by Jason Valencia

I updated this review after receiving a refund. Nightmare, the bars don't snap, nothing actually happens, but I won't go into the rest of the assembly, I'll move on to the finished project. After assembling I noticed that the product is very unstable, I have attached a video to show you how shaky the product is, I can make it rock with one finger. The shelves themselves have an edge. When I try to open the microwave door it gets stuck on the shelf (I show this in the video but you can also see I can't even press the door open button on the microwave to keep it all from rocking). If I can't open the microwave door when it's on the stand, I can't leave my microwave there, so I can't use this product for what it was designed for, the microwave stand. Shelves keep opening up. of the joints that are supposed to hold them in place (probably because everything wobbles when the wind blows or the butterfly flaps its wings), I've asked for a refund, but you need to contact the manufacturer, not Revain . So I contacted the seller with my complaints and the manufacturer sent me an email reply saying that if I return the product they will not be able to sell their product in the future so I am willing to give a partial refund of $20 and save the items instead. I don't understand how my returning a product will prevent them from selling their products in the future, which I stated in a reply email asking for a full refund. I posted this review before I received another reply. Shortly after receiving a full refund, whether it was accidental or on purpose I can't tell. I was asked to remove my 1 star review so I changed it to a 2 star review because I still think this is a faulty product and honestly when I looked at my review section, to remove this one it didn't appear for some reason? In fact, this is my third attempt to change my review and for another unknown reason every time I send him a review it stays the same and doesn't change to my updated version. I really hope that my review will be updated as the last one showed that they never refunded me the money, it's not a fact that they refunded the full price and also told me not to return the product and that I can dispose of it as I wish . Honestly, this thing is useless to me, but lugging it to the dumpster is easier than taking it apart so I can ship it back, so I consider it a bonus.
