As someone who has worked in the fashion industry for a significant amount of time, I have a wealth of experience shopping at various online clothes stores. Unfortunately, my interaction with KATLIU did not live up to my expectations in many ways. Although it is simple to get about on their website, the products they sell are not of very high quality. The clothes has a shoddy and flimsy appearance, and the sizes are all over the place. In addition, I observed that there was a lack of diversity and quality in the shoe selection. But the jewelry collection was the thing that left the biggest impression on me. Not only were the items poorly manufactured, but they also did not look anything like the pictures that were on the website. To add insult to injury, when I sought out to their customer care to remedy my difficulties, I was met with unhelpfulness and a lack of responsiveness. In general, I was underwhelmed by my experience with KATLIU, and I cannot in good faith recommend this online store to anyone who is interested in fashion shopping. Take care as you move on.
