these tips are thin and take a very long time to form and when you do you are basically breathing plastic. I tried several times to get it right by following the step-by-step guide and it was useless. I took my very healthy nails and messed them up just trying to make these tips work because of all the hype. super disappointed. This purchase was a great success. UPDATE 8/2020: News. they still suck and i've officially quit. My nail plates have gone through hell because no matter what I use it won't stay on my nail. DO NOT start me on how hard it is to make them fit my nails (my nails are pretty flat so these tips were never perfect, but even when I shaped them to fit my nails? It didn't is working. -_-)
