USB ports not reliable! Today I received this power strip and plugged it into my desk to charge my devices. The USB ports worked for about 5 minutes (with only one device plugged in) before dying, but the switch light was still on. Now none of the USB ports work. I've tried unplugging and swapping power, turning the switch on and off, and other means of resetting to no avail. The outlets still work and I can charge the same device with the same adapter cable but useless USB ports. The main reason I bought this was for easy access to the USB charging ports on my desk. I'll return it immediately and find something else.
