Product quality is good. It is thick and looks just like the picture. The way it's shipped and packaged means it's complex and therefore difficult to get that round shape back. It looks crooked and has a strange shape. But I hope that will even out over time. Not as much. But I love the look and size of this one, I'll keep it for myself and maybe buy another one. Update: I've had it for a few months now and I have to say the shape has never been like the picture. It was a bit crooked and folded due to the way it was packaged and shipped and no matter what I try it won't look round. The mouth fell off shortly after use and no matter how much hot glue I used it doesn't seem to stick. I think it's great for the price
