It's true, you'll sleep better.

Treat yourself before Christmas, sleep so well. A dear friend told me that she loved hers when she came to visit and brought them. She was advised to take it by her doctor. So now I even take mine when I travel (when we travel). I don't sleep without it. I even gave them to many members of my family for Christmas. (choose the right weight for each person) including one for my 5 year old granddaughter. More than half of them told me it also does wonders for them to sleep better through the night.
