Review on High-Quality Twidec Run Capacitors For Ceiling Fan Motors - 2-Pack, 450V AC, Metallized Polypropylene Film, 6Uf CBB61-6 by Matthew Peterson
This is a follow up review.
The capacitor works fine. However, it is a little bigger than the original which prevents the reinstallation of the fan cover. I had to lengthen the wires and hot glue the cap to the outside of the housing. Looks bad but it works. Maybe someone else has a better idea.Follow up:First capacitor failed after approx. six months. The second capacitor failed after approx. four months.
