I bought this item to help me through the process of recovery from a broken leg , not Vine or try free or buy review. It has helped me a lot, especially during my recovery. I will say that it takes time to get used to. The inside digs into your arch, it hurts like hell, you think you're used to it but you forget it after you go and see how it helps you with every step. As I said, it still hurts from time to time, when I put it on I forget the slight discomfort. Make an offer or, the prospective buyer, make a gasket for the interior trim so you can glue it on top. I ended up modifying mine with a shoe rub, it helped. Starting with a five star, I lost a star due to an uncomfortable foot cut and the need to modify it with padding to minimize the liner indenting into my foot. Yes, I would and will recommend this item to anyone who needs maximum support, especially after a broken leg.
