Definitely don't regret this purchase. It's much easier to move around the house in these little shoes. And I can drive with it compared to a big trunk. It doesn't hold my foot fully enough for long walks but manages to handle short walks. But still use a big suitcase when I do a lot of cleaning and moving in my house, especially in the store and so on. Putting the velcro on is a little tricky the first time, but I learned the best way to tighten it. I wear size 10 women's shoes and they fit great. I wouldn't recommend it for a size under 8.5 as your toes are right where the velcro attaches. The strap on the back of the shoe (just below the ankle) was very long. I had to cut off an inch because it could snag and loosen the strap.
