Maybe you are using it wrong? in spare parts

The instructions were in German. I tried to follow the video on You Tube. I expected my worn windshield wipers to work like new. Not this case. My efforts resulted in several streaks. As I said, it's possible that Ying didn't use it the way the German instructions say. Not exactly happy. I think in a pinch it will work fine on the road. Good for a tool box.
