I ordered this massage roller because it always seems like someone in my house has new aches or pains on a daily basis. It arrived very quickly and to my great surprise included a power cord for charging. At 6.5 x 3.25 inches, it's not overly bulky but feels a bit heavy. While the massager itself isn't loud, the vibrating noise on the floor/couch was enough to make me think a big truck drove by. Each level has 3 stages and 4 speeds. Personally, this thing is so powerful that I don't anticipate ever going beyond the first level. Anything above that gave me chattering teeth and a slight headache. (And that's when I used it on my back, since the directions specifically say not to use it on my head or neck, which is confusing because the product description says it's perfect for relieving neck pain?) Although it's for someone taller, might be more attractive, or more muscular, it did little to ease my tension. I will say that it is great as a foot massager so it will definitely be my new go-to after a long day on my feet! I can't say exactly how long the battery will last because I'm not sure how charged it was when it arrived, but we played with it for at least an hour and it's still working. Also, as I'm sure you can tell from my photos, this thing picks up every little lint it comes in contact with! All in all, this is a good roller that will suit your needs. This may be too much for the average person and is better suited for athletes or people with a more active lifestyle. *I received this product for free in exchange for an honest and honest review.
