Review on 🔒 64087 Kensington MicroSaver Combination Lock for Portable Notebooks by Victor Garro

I've seen reviews from 2018 that the black part is sticky. I thought this issue would be resolved by 2020 but I just received it, opened it up and found it was covered in a sticky, oily coating. This problem is clearly over a year old. Otherwise, a retractable combo lock with no keys to lose and no cord to fiddle with is a useful design, and the price is cheap. It's a pity that there are only a few alternative products with this design, otherwise I would recommend those for cleaning that don't have any sticky mass. Update: I used 91% isopropyl alcohol (available cheaply at the local pharmacy) and some paper towels - that did the trick for wiping the gunk off.
