Review on TeachPrivacy by Dan Bobbert

I liked that it was interactive; which gave me an opportunity to learn hands on how they actually use their products. It also helped with my own knowledge about them so i could share this info when necessary or asked for information about the product itself during one session. Honestly its just like working with a student again! Its nice because you get real feedback from your peers/student but sometimes there is not much help after learning some key things if needed then it's up to yourself to look at other resources available online. We used the software everyday in our department along with having classroom sessions throughout each week. The majority were able to understand basic concepts using simple tutorials however we still had individuals who required additional assistance with understanding the concept before moving onto more advanced tasks. I like that it is easy for students to understand how they should protect their personal information online. The program also allows them to practice what they learned with interactive quizzes. It's not very user friendly so some users may have difficulty navigating through the website. If you want to train your employees or students about protecting private information then this software will help you do just that! We use this product at my school to teach our students about internet safety.
