I was impressed by the many positive reviews and ordered a kite a month ago. Unfortunately I wasn't able to assemble the kite although it should be easy enough. blurred. There is a video but too fast for clarification. I asked other very capable people I know to try to build a kite and they couldn't either. Looks like the sizes of the sticks in the kit we received were just wrong. I was unable to contact the seller (who angrily advertises that they "really care about the happiness of their customers"). When I finally gave up, it was too late to return the kite. Pretty sad - yesterday we were hoping to fly a kite at the Austin Kite Festival. I happened to see a man flying one of these kites at the festival and I asked him about it. He said he ordered three and two were defective! I've also seen other reviews talking about defective kites.
