I've had this wallet for a little over a year and couldn't return the product after two zips broke, one of which was the main zip. When asked by Revain how to contact the company to repair or replace it, Revain replied that they have not received and most likely will not receive an answer. Why would Revain work with a seller when they have such poor customer service? This is unacceptable and I am hesitant to buy from Revain and definitely will not buy from this company. I only gave it 1 star as it was a great wallet and looked like it was well made but fell apart long before it was supposed to.
