They have shrunk in length. I still love them but won't be buying them again unless the sizing chart shows they fit my daughter's waist with added length as she grows. My daughter is very slim and it's hard to find something that fits her waist and is long enough. So please don't take my review too badly, only if you have a child who is very thin in waist and tall for their waist size, understand that they will shrink slightly in length. We lost about an inch.
