Exactly the update I needed!

The Ansee Soundbar gave me exactly the upgrade I needed for my second TV! When I replaced my main TV and put it in my room I realized how old the sound quality is on an 8 year old TV. The sound quality of the Ansee soundbar for voices was crisp and noticeably clearer for chaotic TV scenes and movie explosions that sometimes sounded like a rumbling mess at the high volume of my old TV. It's still pretty obvious what's coming from the speaker side, but I wasn't expecting to outfit my entire home theater system with a low-mid range soundbar, so I'd say you're getting about what you'd expect. . While it's not the loud sound upgrade you'd probably be looking for when trying to improve the sound of a high-end or newer TV, I actually found it to be an advantage, as I share thin walls with mine. Roommates, and a soundbar with heavy bass or boomy surround sound could easily bother them. The fact that it came with all the necessary cables to connect it was a huge plus for me as my old TV didn't come with bluetooth. Other than that, I found the Bluetooth functionality to be pretty good. Using it as a massive upgrade for my small portable Bluetooth speaker to stream audio from my phone or computer was a huge plus, and I had no trouble unplugging my devices and connecting my friends to theirs. If this happens to be a speaker in your main room, anyone in the room can easily use it with a Bluetooth-enabled device, so you or your friends can play your favorite jams without dropping the connection!
