Review on 💡 BEAMTECH 9005 LED Bulb - Fanless HB3 Halogen Replacement in Xenon White (6500K) for Enhanced Performance and Style by Ronald Taylor

I installed them in my Chrysler Pacifica PHEV minivan. HL (tried them in two vertical positions, about the same). Not terrible but to be honest I was expecting a bit more since the OEMs are rated (randomly through a quick web search) at 1700 lumens and they are said to be 4000 lumens each. Don't notice at all. For high beam reflector lights they are about the same or slightly brighter (so they seem to work better with reflectors than projectors), but the spread pattern is wider, albeit smaller, than OEM Sylvania 9005LL. Again, in my opinion, the rating ratio of 4000:1700 doesn't even come close. However I think it works for me as they are only 25w per bulb compared to 60w OEM and I am using them in PHEV version. Minivan, so power reduction is the main goal here. The passive cooling and the compact design (for an LED) are also a big plus. I hate those extra moving parts and fans on car headlights and wonder how much of that energy is wasted running a cooling motor in alternatives. Some of the bulkier fans just wouldn't fit under the headlight assembly covers.
