When I received the package, I noticed that it was made of inferior plastic and thought the sound would be very mediocre as well. There were some bits of plastic that were sticking out (probably from the mold used to form the plastic) that hadn't been cleaned, so I scratched them a few times before deciding to file them off. Setting up the product is very easy, just like any other Bluetooth connected speaker/headset, press and hold the power button to turn it on and it will enter pairing mode. Despite the cheap build, the sound quality of this product was pretty good in my opinion. You get a decent amount of bass when you crank the volume all the way up, and you especially feel it when it hits your neck/shoulder area, almost feeling like you're surrounded by a bubble of the music you're playing . makes the experience truly immersive. I found it most useful when I was working, but I didn't want my ears to be covered by headphones or earbuds, and it was quite comfortable to wear. If you're considering getting one, I'd probably look for a cloth case if available, as the plastic feels a little cheap and can scratch you where it connects.
