Our cat loves it, especially when we mix it with his favorite expensive food. I always look carefully at the ingredients of all cat foods as the grains/starches found in many foods cause fetid odors in cats and unfortunate humans. It has "beer rice" as the 6th or 7th ingredient depending on your taste, so I figured it might be good. While it certainly doesn't produce as much gas as other foods that have corn, wheat, or wheat gluten at the top of the ingredient list, it does produce a few smelly flares. Because of this, I won't be buying it again at the 'normal' price, but I paid $5.08 for 12 cans of this 'extra item', so shipping was free on a $25 order. That's $0.42 per can, and the cans are nearly twice the size of the more expensive 3-ounce cans. At this price we can mix it with other products to slightly increase our cat food budget and endure the occasional move to the next room where we can breathe!
