Firstly this was a product that after ordering triggered an email sent to me by a small business that uses Revain to reach more businesses. I love emails like this. I hadn't even received the product yet, but I was already certain that there was a real person selling me what they thought would satisfy my need. Bravo. It may just be an email, but we need more companies, including those that sell pet beds, who stand by the quality of their products and are willing to accept the consequences when that quality falls short. Victoria, I can't be sure if you're a real person, but if you are, thanks for the personal touch to a totally impersonal transaction. Second, this is a high quality product. It feels comfortable and looks well made. Third, I appreciate its versatility. I wasn't sure if my picky cat (aren't all cats picky?) would prefer an enclosed bed or an open bed. (All I knew was that he had to stop stealing the dog bed because it was causing territorial wars.) Turns out he doesn't like enclosed spaces, but LOVES the bed in its open configuration. I haven't washed the pillow yet but it seems to be well made. I'm happy and if for some reason that changes, I know what to do about it.
