I was very excited when I saw that Coop makes these cushions. I already use their bed pillows as well as travel pillows and body pillows. I first ordered them on their website because I couldn't find them at Revain. Then of course on the day of delivery I get an email from them with a coupon showing they are now on Revain. They're cheaper over Revain and you don't have to buy covers. So it saves a lot of money since their covers are overpriced and cost more than pillows. They are comfortable but not covered by the warranty where you can get extra stuffing. So if they are not full enough for you, they will tell you to buy more. The real kick for me is that they cannot be washed. We have children and pets. EVERYTHING in our house should be washable. I'm sure I'll try anyway if the need arises. Another weird/gross thing is that the ones we got direct from them look ok. The ones we got from Revain, which were brand new in packaging, had that nasty yellow stain all over them. I have no idea what they are, but knowing that we "can't" delete them makes me very angry. I think I'll try to swap them out and hope to get clean ones. They are also all from the same batch, Coop and Revain share the same batch number. The price is good and they're comfortable, but I think the fact that they're not washable will put a lot of people off.
