The product was great when I received it, bright and pleasant to the touch, but that's where the positive review ends. I put new batteries in and kept it on my bedside table in case the power went out. Well, that was three months after a massive storm hit us near our area that caused the power to go out. I grabbed my new trusty lamp and it wouldn't come on. It looks like the LED has died and it won't work. VERY disappointed in the flashlight and would not buy from this company. Couldn't figure out how to get a product warranty/return through Revain, it'll be gone in 30 days. Make the product better. and hopefully you can regain my trust. Update!, 6 weeks and no response from seller on this product. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. This review will continue to be updated every 6 weeks until they are out of business. Revain forces them to fix it or they fix it themselves. So far no response from manufacturer or Revain so I will keep adding negative reviews on this terrible product.
