Handlebar holes drilled incorrectly.
Looked good. The steering wheel was off center. Wasn't sure what the problem was. I ordered an adapter from another brand and this confirmed my initial suspicion that this adapter was not properly drilled for the screw holes that attach the steering wheel to the adapter. I was lazy and forgot to send it back for a refund. I do not recommend this product under any circumstances.
