This bag is made from beautiful, durable materials and comes in a variety of bright colors. Here are a few pointers that might help others that don't seem to be mentioned in the description. The case latch is located along the length of the case and is made of clear acrylic plastic. It is durable but may crack with the aging of the material or with rough use of the case or environment. If the latch breaks, the case will no longer close properly and it looks like you can't replace it to restore this functionality. This appears to be a potential design weakness that should be considered depending on intended use. In single-color case models, the inside of the lid has a glued-in piece of black foam. (Probably a clear case cover doesn't have this.) The entire foam sheet is adhesive backed and cannot be easily removed. Attempting to remove the foam liner will likely tear the foam and leave unwanted material on the case cover. Although it is designed to protect your items inside, there may be some users who prefer to attach this item or not. A clean, unlined case may be a desirable option for some owners. The bottom half of the case has a removable inner black rubber liner. It is very easy to remove and should allow users to use the bag without a liner if more internal storage is needed or if the rubber material interferes with using the bag. However, once you remove the rubber lining, you cannot close the case at all. A rubber liner extends to the edge of the case and acts as a water seal. A gap at the edge of the housing means that the locking lug cannot engage. This is very unfortunate and was not included with the purchase so it is worth mentioning. Please note that the rubber liner may need to be removed for cleaning (feasible), replacement due to aged/worn materials or edge damage. /seal needs a new liner to keep the case waterproof and usable. Replacement liners are available for these cases, but if new liners are not available, these cases essentially become obsolete. Depending on what is stored in the bag, the rubber material may not be suitable alongside other materials. Various plastics and rubber "dry rot" or "outgas" over time. As such, this is not a good long-term archiving system if you are concerned about the condition of certain materials that are kept safe in a case. Articles that are kept in the case for a long time and are exposed to changing humidity conditions can have problems if they are stored for a long time and there is a lack of air circulation in the case. This is certainly an impressive product and these are just a few of the observations others may want to consider. .
